Labs truly do lead the way! This was evident as the staff members and parents of the new Mays Chapel Elementary School came together for the first time this summer to spend three days working to build the school mission and vision statements, as well as to begin planning for the upcoming school year. This opportunity yielded many excellent collaborative experiences and concluded with the MCES staff members taking a bus tour of the school community, including a drive past the school site!
