Ms. Mangano

Ms. Mangano is so excited to be a part of the third grade team at Mays Chapel! She grew up in nearby Baltimore County schools and received her dual undergraduate degree in Elementary and Special Education from Towson University. In addition, she has her ESOL certification and is now working towards a master’s degree in mathematics education. Before coming to Mays Chapel, Ms. Mangano taught 5th grade at Westchester Elementary. Outside of school, she enjoys reading, exercising, going to the beach, and spending time with her family and friends.

Ms. Moores is excited for another year as part of the third-grade team at Mays Chapel Elementary. She graduated from the University of Maine with a minor in behavioral sciences and has held several roles within Baltimore County Public Schools since 2013, including substitute teacher and paraeducator. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Moores enjoys spending time with her three children—True, Max, and Miles—and their fluffy cat Yennefur. She also loves shopping, bike rides, crafting, and playing video games with her family. As an educator, Ms. Moores strives to build an inclusive and supportive classroom where students are inspired to embrace their individuality, think creatively, and take an active role in shaping their learning experience.
